These are just Restaurant Eve cupcakes, with light blue frosting and Airheads Xtreme sour belt rainbows (and sugar pots of gold that were part of some St. Patrick's Day decoration assortments that I purchased at Little Bitts). I can't claim credit for the concept -- but I love the way these turned out!
