I finished up the rest of my leftover buttermilk and lemons with a
lemon-almond buttermilk loaf for my hairstylist. (I have found that one batch of batter from this recipe yields enough to bake both a regular size loaf and a mini-loaf, so you can give away the big loaf and still have a little treat for yourself!)
